David R. York, Esq. is a personal injury litigator with over 30 years of experience representing clients seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and nursing home abuse and neglect, resulting in millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. He is an aggressive client advocate whose attention to detail, willingness to take complex cases to trial, and ability to recover maximum compensation for his clients have earned the respect of his peers.
David holds a Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy from the esteemed Temple University – Beasley School of Law, which is consistently one of the top trial advocacy programs in the country. David has tried more than 200 cases to verdict, including the first live trial in Burlington County following the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. This case was a non-operative motor vehicle injury claim that resulted in a $750,000 verdict against New Jersey Manufacturers, believed to be the largest verdict of its kind in Burlington County in 2022.

David is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In his personal life, David has lived in South Jersey his entire life, growing up in Cherry Hill, and he currently lives in Medford. David was a multi-sport athlete in high school and was a Division I baseball player in college. He attributes his competitiveness and aggressive representation of his clients to lessons he learned in sports. David is a single father of a son (15) and a daughter (11), both of whom live with him full-time. He enjoys coaching and watching their youth sports teams and is an active volunteer of the Medford Youth Athletic Association and his local church.
